Little Caesars Pizza on S Valley Mills Dr

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Everytime I've grabbed pizza from here it's been WAY obvious how much hates being there and any kind of decent service but the last two times have been beyond insulting. And now their "new policy" of next to no crazy sauce and wanting you to pay if you actually want a decent amount is the final slap to realize there are WAY too many better pizza places that dont hate their own customers to ever put up with this one ever again! Smfh

Um yesterday at around 7pm we got a pizza and after I took the first bite it was sweet? I should've known from then that something was off but flash forward like an hour later I'm throwing up and feelings extremely sick and now it's the next day 1pm and it feels as though I'm just progressively getting worse. Idk what happened or what

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for crazy puffs. They had me pull around once and then a second time asked me to park. I submitted my order online and left about 5-10 minutes after placing it. I don’t understand how it could not be ready in this time. Finally they brought my items to me outside and then when I asked for cheese and peppers, I was lied to and told “we don’t carry those anymore.” Seriously? A pizza place that doesn’t carry cheese and peppers?

"Hot-N-Ready" should actually be hot, ready, **and cut** when the doors open. There's no reason to wait in a long line at 11AM. Only to receive cold pizza that's difficult to pull apart. That's not the quality customers expect, especially from a place built around convenience.

First time ordering from here and my mistake was not checking my order before leaving. Their mistake was serving this "pizza" to anyone. My cheese pizza was remade (but still sloppy), there is your one star, but it was met with eye rolling and attitude. As if how dare I say this isn't good. Employees and manager should be let know this type of "pizza" is trash. Speaking with the manager, I asked how could y'all let this go out to someone, he replied "the cheese is just a little over cooked" ... Dude it's burnt and the crust is basically cardboard.
