There is no other store like Lowe’s. Their stock is absolutely amazing. My idea of garden shopping is from their clearance section!! The absolute best prices with the plants needing just a little extra love. Here is what you will expect, happy shopping:))

Absolutely. I’d make the review firm, factual, and detailed so Lowe’s understands that the biggest issue wasn’t that something broke—it was the lack of communication, follow-through, and proper installation. Writing ⭐️ Very Disappointing Delivery & Installation Experience I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from Lowe’s and was expecting a smooth delivery and installation. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating. My appliances were originally scheduled to be delivered on Monday, August 31. The refrigerator was delivered and installed, but the freezer handle was installed upside down. I also mentioned this to the delivery team later, but it was essentially ignored. The washer was connected, but there was an issue with the placement of the washer and dryer. When the second dryer was delivered on Wednesday, I was told that the washer and dryer needed to be switched because of the way the doors opened. I asked if the appliances could be switched, and I was told that they could, but that it would be time-consuming. That was the extent of the explanation. The dryer itself is another issue. The first dryer arrived with a broken handle, which I understand may have been outside the delivery team's control. However, when the replacement dryer was delivered on Wednesday, the second dryer was also broken in the exact same area of the handle. I was told that if I kept the broken dryer in my garage, a replacement could be delivered Thursday. I agreed because I desperately need a working dryer. By 3:00 p.m. Thursday, however, I had received no confirmation, no call, and no information whatsoever. I contacted customer service myself, only to find out that no replacement order had even been placed. Now I am being told that the dryer will be delivered Friday. At this point, I have very little confidence that this will actually be resolved correctly. What has been most frustrating is not simply having damaged appliances. Things happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and the feeling that I have had to repeatedly chase Lowe’s to get problems addressed. I spent a significant amount of money on these appliances expecting them to be delivered and installed correctly. Instead, I have had multiple problems, an improperly installed refrigerator handle, confusion regarding the washer and dryer installation, two dryers with broken handles, and a replacement order that was never even placed. I really hope Lowe’s makes this right on Friday and ensures that everything is installed correctly and functioning properly. At this point, I feel like I have been taken advantage of as a customer, and I would not recommend this delivery/installation experience to anyone based on what I have experienced. If you want, I can also make it stronger and more “corporate complaint” sounding, specifically aimed at getting Lowe’s management to contact you and offer compensation.

I have spent alot of money at this lowes but today I had a unpleasant experience. I had some generators I purchased from another lowes and wanted to return them unopened a few days later to purchase a bigger one so id have one instead of 2. I made sure when buying them of the return policy and was told that was the other stores policy even though the policy was posted and stated exactly what is pictured below and the manager said that they would not return them and walked off. Anyway I went back to the store got it from and the happily returned the 2 generators and told me that this store absolutely should have taken them back and apologized on behalf of that store and i was able to purchase the bigger one that I wanted and will spend my money at stores who adhere to their policies and have no problem going out of area to do so especially with a larger renovation project I have coming up. I will not be patronizing this waco lowes again. Looking forward to picking up my new generator from the round rock location when it comes in.

We had to replace a flush fitting cooktop in a quartz countertop and couldn’t find the exact size. Lynn in appliance in Waco worked with me and we were able to find a great solution. The installer was also very good. We’ve been Lowe’s customers through 2 major renovations and one new build. They’re always helpful. Lynn has been a go to person several times. 5 full stars for her for sure.

Update - John the manager called and make quite a few very helpful suggestions. I am very impressed with his attitude and willingness to help. So it seems that the best thing to do is avoid Lowe’s.com and head to the store to ask for John. Wow. Wow. Wow. Lowe’s - what happened? This is truly unacceptable. The first person we asked for help looked at us and then when back to reading a piece of paper he had. Then Angel was the next person we asked - he was at the front desk - he is about as frustrating a customer service rep as I have ever experienced. He had no answers and said nothing was his fault. He has zero ideas on how to fix a simple order pick up. Then a co worker came in late and angel commented on it - the coworker said no one can do anything about me being late and walked off. This shows the tone at the top is not acceptable to a successful business. We need more local businesses to fill this gap.
