I can honestly say since we have purchased 1/2 a cow from another company that was grass fed, and grass fed meat from a couple other places, Mattie Brooks Farm beef is by far some of the best beef we have had. All the folks that work there are great, very personable and honest. I purchase meat from them regularly and would highly recommend this place if your looking for amazing beef, great service and good prices.!!!! Today I went to Maddie Brooks Farms was not greeted by the same individuals I posted about above. This lady was not so friendly and too busy with filling two orders that took up all the selection of what I was coming to get. I have been a long time customer of theirs and have spent quite a bit of money when I go in there. I was asking for a smaller pick today for my husband and sons that are going out of town on a fishing trip just wanted 2 filet Mignon and 3 NY strips and she said I have to use all of this for my orders. Not much for loyalty or maybe have taken care of her long time customer and notified the person that they are short a few steaks on the BIG box order so they could take care of a customer as well. Not the same people I have delt with since we started buying from them last year very very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!!!
