Associate Junaid lied to me I went in the store to port my phone number to metro and it was a huge mistake. The first red flag was the door says “no activation fees” and when he brought one up my aunt mentioned the signage that indicates no activation fees. He said that’s online only, she told him that was false advertisement and he stated that stores are individually owned and they can charge whatever they want for services. He then proceeded to tell me the total of $252 and she said hey that doesn’t add up online it’s $150 he proceeded to tell her this was for activation and the first month of services as well as the phone itself. He stated i had to be on the highest tier $65 plan and I would be getting hotspot and Amazon prom for free and I’d only have to be on this plan for one month. He then asked us if we would like accessories my aunt advised no we had already purchased a case and had the charging adapters. After checking out he insisted that i take a case and a charger “on him” we told him no and he persisted so because i was uncomfortable i picked one. My aunt the asked for my receipt and he told me he didn’t have any paper and so she asked him to email it. When she received it she was charged no activation fee the plan was $55 and there was a charger and a phone case that was added. She was lied to, she feel like I’ve been stolen from, and this is my first day as a customer to this brand. This is predatory business and he should be ashamed of himself. I had objections the whole way and I feel like he was trying to make me feel stupid. Not only this instead of speaking with my aunt who was opening the account he directed most of his questions to me , which I am a minor
