Workers were unknowledgeable about my tablet issue. All they said was to factory reset. Not explaining. No friendly advise. No advise on what to do or not to do about my issue at all. Tha store itself offered some nice products I'll be looking into. But man. I gotta say tha staff was cold and unwelcoming. Ugh.

The employee's there look out for their customers! The CSR that helped me, Jose Martinez, was extremely nice! He explained all the deals on the phones, including specs for each phone, AND helped me with the problem I've been having with Amazon Prime! Give this man a raise ASAP.

Jose C was very helpful and he did an awesome job. He needs a raise. But for real if you happen to stop by the store ask for Jose he will get the job done. He also answered all my questions.
