We had such a great experience with Chris! I accidentally ran over my boyfriend’s phone and we were super stressed trying to get him a new one, but Chris was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made everything so much easier for us. You can really tell he cares about helping customers. Wasn't open by 9am on a Saturday like internet said it was. Was there at 840 and left by 911am cause still wasn't open. Also bought a phone from an ignorant employee, and low and behold it had a virus in the phone. (A brand new phone apparently) So had to drive to another metro to be helped. Not a good look metro. Gotta do be or hire better employees.

I wouldn't rate this any higher because Ruth can come across as rude and abrupt. If she would listen I would not need to go back again to bring more paperwork. She is very knowledgeable...just needs to work on her customer service skills
