This metro store has the worst customer service with liers and deceitful to metro customers They lies about your payments .They will over charge customers if the customer let them get away with it.the parklake store needs to terminate the employees that works at this store .They tried to cheat me on my payments bad customer service

I went to get help with my phone, I am elderly lady and the manager Leecha did not help me fix it. She gave me an attitude even to look into my concerns.

Lost service through my regular cellular service and needed a phone line immediately! Went to metro pcs on parklake! Alessia got me activated 😎 and ready to continue my day! She's so knowledgeable and full of good energy, I sent my step dad and my daughter to purchase phone's! I definitely would recommend Alessia to service my friends and family members! She rocks at what she do! Thank you Alessia!

The ladies that work here are awesome. Liz is great she has the best customer serves. She made sure that I liked the phone before I bought it. I will come back to this store. Great people work here so come by and see them.
