This is the worst Metro PCS in the history of cellular store companies. The representative that worked on Sunday evening June 14, 2026 needs to be retrained. I went into the store 30-40 minutes before it closed to get them to remove a service that I no longer wanted. He was already being rude when I another customer and I were casually talking. I asked him to remove the internet off of my account because I no longer wanted the service. He refuse to help me multiple times and then once the store was closing he said that his manager could remove the service. He could have spoken to the manager way earlier to just help me remove a service off of my account. I will never in life go into this disrespectful store ever again. Then to top it all off he began laughing at me in my distress state of trying to get a service I no longer wanted removed. I highly recommend to not ever go to this store and never have Metro PCS as your service provider. Don’t ever go to this store! Don’t ever spend your money here or even pull up in front of this store. You will regret it.
