I really appreciated Rodney coming out so quick and fixing my car. He got a new alternator for me quickly and replaced it fast. He also took the time to explain how my car was only running off the battery. I have had some bad experiences with mechanics but its safe to say this was not one. I cannot say enough about Mobile Mechanic Services. On May 24, 2026, my husband and I were leaving Waco after a weekend stay for my nephew's high school graduation. After we checked out the hotel, my husband started his truck and tried to put it in drive, the shift was stuck. No matter what we tried to do, it was just stuck. We tried using YouTube to help us, it didn't. We called our insurance company. We were told that the only thing we could do is to get towed to a shop and wait until Tuesday, which was not an option. My sister and I started to look for mobile mechanics. I thank my pastor for mentioning a mobile mechanic as a part of his sermon the Sunday prior. I had no idea about a mobile mechanic, but why would you not? We have Door Dash, Instacart, ect The mobile mechanics my sister called said that she would try to get someone out and to give her a little time. While we waited, l was looking at my Google results and I was immediately drawn to Mobile Mechanic Services. Mobile Mechanic Services is Veteran owned, which solidified my choice after all of the Google results. After getting in contact with Mobile Mechanic Services. Within an hour, a hero without a cape showed up. He began diagnosing the problem. It took no time at all to figure it out, for him of course. The only thing I know is gas and go. He called around for the part and went to go pick it up. He came back, put on the parts, like magic, everything was working better that it did before. Rodney is an amazing mechanic and he's really friendly. Needed my car screen fixed i called around and I was told to go to dealership because its too hard. Rodney came and fixed it within the hour he showed up. He showed me the parts and the process of it. I highly recommend him and I will be using his services again
