Overall I'm pleased. It's two minutes away from the Texas Plumbing Board testing facility in Waco. The staff was 10/10 My only complaint is I think they could do better with attention to detail. I saw a small contractor crew working in a few vacant units. I think that is a plus. Because of the location and personality of the front desk lady that helped me. I leave this place 5 stars

(1) The sink faucet did not have a filter. Water sprayed on me when I turned it on. (2) Live roaches were discovered on the floor. (3) The shower curtain, despite my best efforts to make it completely drawn, was not sufficient to keep water from spilling onto the bathroom floor and creating a large puddle. (4) The bathroom ceiling fan did not have a cover; instead, it had a bath towel hanging from it. (5) The ceiling light in the entryway had several dead bugs in the cover. (6) My bare feet were very dirty from walking on the floor.

Traveling and was coming to a stopping point and needed a place to stay, came upon this place and glad I did. Very clean(inside and out), easy check-in, staff was friendly as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The room was excellent. Was very clean. The staff was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay. I slept so good. Will definitely be back!!!

Cockroaches everywhere, the beds are torture devices, and the maids come pounding on the door at 9:30. Checkout is at 11. I didn’t pay to be awakened by pounding on my door an hour and a half before I have to leave. I paid for a place to sleep. Worst Motel 6 experience in a long time.
