Bill was super nice, and very strait forward!! As a women I’m always worried when handymen come over to help when my spouse isn’t home, and these two gentleman made me feel safe and comfortable. They were very quick to fix our problem, explained every step they took to fix the issue, and within the day our plumbing was back to normal. 10 out of 10 would recommend you use this company

Just had Mr. Rooter come out to check out our drainage. We had slow drainage and couldn’t figure it out. Jon came out and saved us. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Our drain now has great drainage and we are super grateful.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mr Rooter. Specifically, Jake and Eddy were outstanding. They were courteous and professional. They performed troubleshooting methodically and efficiently, and explained the steps that they were taking very clearly. I was also impressed by how flexible they were with scheduling. Mr Rooter proactively reached out to confirm a scheduled follow-up, and were willing to change the timing to suit our schedule. I will surely use Mr Rooter again for any plumbing needs.

We have dealt with this location a few times and each time the employees have been friendly and efficient. Today we had a severe issue with our sewer line clogging and Darrin came almost immediately (within 30 minutes of the call) to save the day. He was kind, courteous and efficient. He explained everything very clearly and worked diligently until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend Darrin and the team at Mr Rooter Waco for any plumbing emergencies, issues or upgrades to your home or business.
