If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a new mom and my fiance was kind of enough to get me online gift cards for me to get some new clothes for myself and my baby boy. I specifically went here because I saw that they were having a sale on all of the jeans (all you moms know it’s hard to find jeans postpartum). I also knew the baby clothes are usually on good clearance. I had picked out over $400 worth of merchandise and when I got to the register there were two young ladies who seemed bothered that I was breaking up their mid day conversation. Mind you, they didn’t stop while I was in the process of being rung up. I also had my newborn with me and to be frank people should have a little extra patience when they see moms out alone with their babies. This “Mia” girl IMMEDIATELY had an attitude when I questioned pricing on two items just to double check. I also was pulling up the gift cards and it wouldn’t scan and she very aggressively says “YOU NEED TO ZOOM IN” and I was caught off guard. Then I check my app (mind you after she’s trying to convince me to sign up for a credit card) to see if I have any discounts etc. this also bothered her even though we had only been up there for maybe 5-7 minutes. I then asked about a promo that was being listed on the app but couldn’t see where it specified if it was online or in store to which she replied “girl I don’t know if it doesn’t say it then it’s probably just online”… like can you not just ask? Or show me where to find that? At this point, I had enough and told her there was no reason for her attitude and a manager I believe came up and showed me the promo information. That’s fine I get it. I’ve worked retail. But the last straw was when I had asked her what the total was after my gift cards were applied and she got pissed off that she had to go back to check. So by then I said yeah I’m not buying anything here. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE SHOP ONLINE NOW A DAYS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PERSON IS AWFUL!
