Once Upon a Cowboy

We celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at Once Upon a Cowboy this weekend, and it was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail. They took care of decorations, food, and even the goodie bags—making the entire experience completely stress-free for us. The hosts were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to make sure every child was engaged and having fun. They didn’t just guide the experience—they jumped in, played with the kids, and created such a warm, joyful atmosphere. Our guests were so impressed and kept talking about how much fun they had! One of the most special touches was the owner personally coming over to greet us and check in—it really showed how much they care about their guests. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and amazing with the kids. The private show was the highlight of the day—it made our son feel so celebrated and truly “over the moon” with excitement. Seeing his face light up like that is something we’ll never forget. Thank you, Once Upon a Cowboy, for creating such a magical and memorable birthday experience for our family. We can’t recommend you enough!

Once upon a Cowboy was the perfect place to have a birthday party! From start to finish our children and guests enjoyed every activity onsite. The entire event was perfect. What I loved most was that I didn’t have to worry about set up or preparing anything beforehand. The staff was so attentive and set up everything with our birthday theme in mind. We will definitely be planning many more events in the future.

Amazing place for dinosaur lovers! No matter the weather you can really enjoy yourself. Everything is covered or indoors, super kid friendly and fun. I had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here. They were such a lovely staff, very accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. We love once upon a cowboy!

Best place for kids who like dinosaurs- the small cabins with activities were great, Meet and Greet with Dino was fun. VR is good but not all VR glasses work and may stop half way during your adventure. Food has limited options. Staff is friendly.

We absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful, concession prices are reasonable, and the attractions are fun for younger ages (toddler to about 12). We enjoy the mix of indoor and outdoor spaces and that the grounds are secure so your kids have space to run. There are 2 jump houses and of course the kids love the Dino scooters, the dinosaur show, the room where you can draw on all the walls, the train, the indoor play structure, and the sand box where you can search for dinosaur bones to complete the puzzle in the wall. It’s not a fancy large scale amusement park but if you want a laid back kitschy vibe where kids can have a lot of fun this place is perfect.
