Melissa and Rachel were amazing! They were transparent from the start to the very end. We both sold and purchased a home at the same time. What could have been a very scary process, was made quite easy due to their constant communication and reassurance! I recently decided to sell my home. I already had one good experience with Melissa Harrell when she helped me find a home for my dad which was an Army Veteran, so I called her again. I am so thankful I did. Melissa was very clear with me about selling strategies, neighborhood comps, and many other important factors before we decided on a list price. Home photos were very professional, and the listing and home showings couldn't have been handled better! I received an offer fairly quickly and we closed the deal. But wait, that's not all! Due to the hailstorm and roof damage, it delayed the closing until we could get a new roof installed. This was handled like a pro! Melissa put together an agreement with me and the new homeowners so they could move in ahead of schedule, due to the fact they had nowhere else to live. Not only that, but she also went above and beyond to return internet equipment for me since I moved about 2 1/2 hours away, saving me an extra $600.00. I don't typically recommend anyone, but I can say with full confidence if you need to buy or sell a home, make Melissa Harrell and the Onward Real Estate Team your first and only call! Carl Fox
