A great hangout for families. We visited on a Saturday. There's a lazy river, a wave pool, hot tub, zip lining, a band played in the evening, and an awesome fireworks show after 9 pm. Definitely going back!

The literal embodiment of the old adage, "you get what you pay for." For the many places that I have taken my two youngest to make memories of with them, Palm Beach at Moody Gardens was definitely top two of the worst. Nothing wrong with the environment or the crowd. My problem is with the false advertisement and insinuation of attractions that are not real. Based on the map that is provided you may think that the aquarium experience has anything to do with an aquarium by definition, this is not the case at all. Based on the map you would believe that the beach experience is a literal Beach but again not true. The sand with seats and umbrellas facing the water is cut off by rocks and is not connected to the water as depicted in the map. The lazy river is about maybe 500 ft around and very crowded. The wave pool is also very small crowded and the actual waves that only lasted about 5 or 10 minutes were lackluster. It says a lot when out of water park we had equal fun at the quote" aquarium experience which ended up being a water splash area four toddlers. They have two tall water slides that are fun twice and then your left stuck waiting for the next exciting attraction or ride that never shows. I accept my part of the blame for trying to save money and believing the over-exaggerated park map. Schlitterbahn is across the parking lot and it left me wishing that I had bought tickets there instead of two Moody Gardens Palm Beach experience. In fact when you first arrived you may be deceived into thinking that Schlitterbahn is the Palm Beach experience and get excited when you see the multiple fun looking rides and slides only to be told that Moody Gardens Palm Beach experience is over there, making an about face to see nothing. If you don't have the finances and want to take your adolescent children to go splash around in a safe environment I recommend it, but if you are looking for continuous exciting Thrills and memories for more than an hour then I do not recommend. Spin the extra $20 a ticket and go to Typhoon Texas or Adventure bay.

It's very nice in addition to the hotel. More geared towards little kids. The wave pool and lazy river are a little small but it was still fun.

I bought a single Gatorade which was already like $4.75 and they charged me $24.08 and when contacted about resolving it I proceeded to sit on the phone for over an hour before being traffered to the person I was supposed to speak with only for them to say it was not their job to handle that issue. I have given up on getting my money back and have decided to leave this review instead. I will say that aside from getting around $20 essentially STOLEN from me that it was not a very good time in general. They over sell the waterpark with no regard for capacity to the point that there is no seating and truly nothing lazy about the lazy river. It is the stress and anxiety river. I genuinely feel bad for the families that spend their hard earned money on this place. I'm sure it's fun for some kids who are too young and ignorant to realize just how crappy it is, but for an adult with an IQ over 80 it will almost certainly be meh at best. The staff is very nonchalant and borderline rude. The highlight of my day here was walking into the teenage janitorial worker smoking his weed pen in the bathroom- I found that hilarious. All in all if I could do negative 2 stars that would be my rating.

The pool is perfect for kids under 10, and the food was good overall. I wanted to order a funnel cake, but the employee told me the oil was old, so they weren't making them at the time. I appreciated her honesty. Other than that, everything else was great, and we had a good experience.
