$70 spent. Our two liter was dropped. Our pizza was obviously dropped. See picture attached. Still I tried to eat a slice of the cold off tasting pizza. I just couldn't eat it and got sick afterwards. I didn't even get the extra sauce I purchased for my wings. Oh and they refused to give a refund for the dropped items. They offered a credit but why would I want to get more food from this place after this experience. Horrible experience. Only meal of the day ruined.

Papa Johns on Valley Mills has the best service you can get! They appreciate their customers and are there to serve them the best pizza and service they can. Jeryll is the best at making sure his customers feel they are getting all of what they are expecting when they walk into Poppa Johns! If you want genuine people, good service and mouth watering pizza here it is!

The food is great. Taco Tuesday is awesome. The cashier at the end is not very friendly. Same woman never smiles and never says thank you or have a good day. She has a frown all the time. It’s kinda sad to be that miserable all the time. Other than that the place is clean and condiment station is always filled when I go.

I ordered a week and a half ago and they gave me the wrong crust on one of the pizzas. Also, their jalapeno bites are no longer bites like in the photos but made in a long single piece of dough that they cut like in the attached photo. I filled out a survey and explained my issues. Customer service was really good at contacting me and stating they wanted to remake the order for me when I was ready. Today I was ready and they put in the remake. I knew I should have checked the order before I left but I figured since this was a remake the manager would make sure it was done correctly. I was wrong! 🤦🏻♂️ What I originally ordered was Philly cheese steak, which came out good both times. What they seem to have problems with is a BBQ chicken pizza with 🍍 (I know the controversy). The first time it was on the wrong crust and tough. The remake was on the right crust (original) no they forgot the 🍍 and added onions and globs of bacon and bacon powder. Both times the jalapeno bites were not like I ordered before and not like displayed on their website (see photos for comparison). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

We have ordered from here multiple times in the last few years. Testing to see if quality would change. Always late. Always greasy. Thinner than paper. Don’t waste your time or money.
