Pecan creek pointed us into the best direction for the best realtor. Megan was an amazing realtor to work with. Our land was a little unconventional but she fought tooth & nail to make sure we were treated fairly. She went back & forth for over a month with the sellers trying to get some dead trees removed. She made it happen! She was super responsive no matter the time of day. She would go out to the property to make sure everything was going smoothly. I could recommend her & Pecan creek enough!!!

Christina made buying our home such a great experience for me and my girlfriend. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to end up in the right home, not just any home. I have had the pleasure of having Hesper Cordero at Pecan Creek Realty Group help me purchase and sell my home in Waco, TX. When I moved to Waco from out of state, she was open to working with me via video chat, as I couldn’t travel there to see the homes in person. I found homes that I thought fit my criteria and she was very knowledgeable and was honest in telling me about the neighborhoods and the condition of the homes.
