Our son recently moved to Waco and had a control arm failure on his Mustang that left him stranded. Wanting to get him taken care of, I looked for a mechanic with high ratings. He called and they towed his car and got him in without an appointment, which I appreciated. But then the car sat for 2 days awaiting an evaluation and an estimate. While it was sitting somehow his brand new battery was drained, which raised some questions for me. They took a look at his car and let him know that indeed the control arm was broken, but everything else looked good. At this point my son had talked with me and had found this is a common issue with his vehicle and the fix was to use higher strength parts from Ford. They had originally said they wouldn't install customer furnished parts so he was going to fix it himself. Perales Brothers never called to discuss costs or that they were going to charge the battery. Cost breakdown was $100 tow, $60 battery charge and then a $60 diagnostic fee. I appreciate the fact that they were professional with my son and tried to take care of his car. But, we felt taken advantage of with the lack of communication and unexpected charge.

They did an amazing job on my AC and even diagnosed and fixed some other problems. Car runs great and AC blows cold. Great customer service and when I walked in for pickup I didnt have to tell them my name they remembered me. Definitely will use them again and refer my friends and family here!

Perales Brothers did a great job when they replaced the power steering pump in my 2009 Honda Element. I'll be scheduling replacement of the rack and pinion with Perales Brothers soon. They gave my Element a Complete check-up with recommends on needed service and costs estimates for each. I'm very pleased with their professionalism, service and care for their customers.
