Pignetti's Waco

This was highly recommended to us. The restaurant inside does have a nice set up. For a 5 star restaurant we expected more. Food was average. Service was average. We were sat next to some obnoxious drunks that was killing our experience. The drunks got better service than we did. Never got offered to get moved. Not a kid friendly place. Prices are not listed on the menu. And learned later they are hefty. Server got a hefty tip due to the size of our group that was not earned that’s for sure. For the quality of food was highly priced.

We accidentally stopped in for dinner during Baylor graduation parties abd celebrations! But it wasn't even a problem. We made a reservation for 8, and ended up arriving sooner and they were able to seat us immediately. Our server was exceptionally on point! The drinks were perfect! The food, omg....the lasagna was delicious, even more the next day for lunch, lol. Not all leftovers are good, but the lasagna hit!

My wife and I have dined in many outstanding resturants, on multiple continents, in our 25 years together. Our dinner tonight was a top 5 meal that we've shared together. The food itself was outstanding and our server Brycen K. was wonderful from start to finish. We are in town for our kiddos graduation and we were not expecting to find this caliber of dining in Waco, TX. The personal touch with the desert was unexpected and really thoughtful, tears were almost shed at the table. Thank you to this establishment for a job very well done.

Fantastic italian spot just downstairs from our airbnb. Waco had a sudden temperature drop (went from 90 to 30) and we didn’t feel like venturing out. The fireplace and hearty food was just the ticket for our staycation day :) The pork chop, pastas and appetizers were all amazing, especially the calamari!

First, thank you, Jay, for the amazing, outstanding service! If you visit, definitely request Jay, you won't be disappointed. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the food! The hot honey dip paired with the fresh, warm sourdough bread was absolutely incredible. The Chicken Pesto Pasta was top-tier, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. And then, the dessert! The homemade cheesecake literally melted in our mouths. It was rich, velvety, creamy, and hands down one of the best cheesecakes we've ever had. My husband and I enjoyed every single bite and every moment. We can't wait to come back!
