There was a day when I called her needing immediate help because I was emotionally overwhelmed by a health flare-up but couldn't miss work. Her incredible **attentiveness** and calm demeanor instantly brought a **relaxing atmosphere** to a chaotic moment. She took the time to explain exactly how saffron provides **stress relief** by soothing the gut and calming the emotional side of ulcerative colitis.
