⭐️ 1 star I was really disappointed with my recent order. The pizza arrived cold AND burnt, which makes no sense. On top of that, the delivery took over an hour, even though I live close by. By the time it finally showed up, it wasn’t worth eating. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from Pizza Hut. I hope they improve, because this was a terrible experience. Papa John’s would Nevverrrrrr!!!

PIZZA HUT ON VALLEY MILLS SUCKS!!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Made an order thru the Pizza Hut app to have it delivered. When my pizza didn't arrive by the time estimated, I call and was informed that they do not deliver anymore that it would be delivered through doordash and that they where waiting on a driver to come pickup my order, Now if I wanted to order thru doordash I would have and a driver would hv been assigned now 45 minutes later still no order. Called back still no driver finally had to go pick the order up myself and still had to pay a delivery fee because no manager was on duty to refund my money. The service of there worker was rude and unapologetic. Worst experience with a Pizza Hut ever!!!!

Hadn't been the there in a while. It's changed a great deal. Went to New location and it was like a large closet in there. Not as hot though. Anyway food is mediocre , & that's saying something to me because I haven't eaten since yesterday , & I'm hungry. 😞

Horrible service! Rude people! No one knows what they are doing. Waited 20 minutes with two kids for two personal pan pizzas. Ranch looks gross too. Only person sitting inside waiting and they just kept looking at me. Will never go back to that location.

My family likes this pizza hut location. Its clean and they are fast and friendly. On occasion the thin crust will have to much sauce and it will be a tad soggy. Last time I was there the lady that checked out 2 customers in front of me quite literally asked for them to tip on the screen. Not my preference. Too pushy and almost like try to embarrass you if you didnt do it. Definitely need to let the cashiers know that is inappropriate.
