For starters, Linda does an AMAZING job! I have loved both of my manicures by her. I happen to pick a yellow polish that didn’t dry well on my manicure or pedicure. But the manager was very understanding and helpful when it came to fixing the problem. Great Customer Service!! 1000/10 Caution, Amy is rough with the drill on your toes.

I had an amazing experience!!! Thank you for wonderful service. My best salon experience ever!!! The icing on the cake is I messed up two of my nails came back in the following day and they fixed it for me for free. They were very nice and patient with me and even found an additional nail that needed a touchup and he did all of it for me thank you so much!! I will definitely be back!!

Amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is also very clean and tidy- the overwhelming acrylic smell doesn’t knock you out like it does in other nail salons. I’ll definitely be back for a refill in a few weeks!

I really like that they accepted me as a walk-in, after I got turned away from another nail salon. I also like that even though the whole salon seemed busy, I didn’t have to wait at all. However, I’m not sure how I feel about requesting to get a dip on my real nails, and the nail artist not know what I’m talking about, usually anywhere I go that’s what I request, and that’s what they do. I appreciate the service, and the gentleness of my nail artist. I love that they give you a discount if you’re new, and that it’s a great price. The only thing that I dislike, is that it didn’t last long. Usually when I get my nails done in dip, they last me more than 2 weeks. Literally on my second week. The color was chipping away, and the layer was already coming off.

This was my first and last time here. I had a walk in appointment with a tech who seemed inexperienced when I asked for an acrylic overlay and received confusion. After this, I showed her three pictures of my nails that I never stray from: light pink tapered square. At the filling stage, I said to her “I want them really square, tapered” and a few fingers in, I could tell it wasn’t to my liking. Once, I asked her to fix them she said they were straight and I responded with exactly how I wanted her to fix them. She barely applied any pressure while refiling which resulted in nothing being fixed. She started putting on the top coat and i accepted defeat. I But she could tell by my face i wasn’t happy with her work and asked if I was satisfied. I didn’t hide my dissatisfaction but I told her it was fine. She insisted and called a different tech over. The other tech asks what’s wrong and I tell him my nails aren’t filled to my liking and he then tells me they are square… so I accept defeat. I am very particular about my nails because I work with my hands a lot as an attorney (writing/shaking hands/etc). While I can acknowledge these aren’t the worst nails, they are simply not what I asked for. I didn’t get any nail oil or lotion after. And when I tried to convey my concerns I was shut down each time, and as such I will not be back and do not recommend anyone to come here again. The picture of Jeans in the background is their work if you can’t tell… but I am sure anyone could. After further inspection, I realized she filed away my natural nail at the end of my service when I thought age was going in and cleaning up her work.
