I drive past this barbecue joint every single time I go to my aunt's house on the River. Decided to stop in and get some brisket tacos. Atmosphere is really nice, small, but very aesthetically pleasing. Conversing with the guys in the front, talking about cars and what they're wanting to own eventually. Food was sensational. The taco shell seemed to be from scratch, and even after driving 20 minutes to my destination, there was a solid crunch. On a different occasion, I brought my mother. She ordered a loaded baked potato, which was SENSATIONAL. The burger was delicious, with crispy fries. Definitely will be returning back

Mis judged where this was located vis a vis Waco but came anyway. But it was worth it. Brisket was tender, Waygu jalapeño-cheese sausage and sides were good. Beans had a little kick to them Totally local bbq place and worth going out of your way if you’re nearby.

Red Wagon Barbecue is seriously some of the best barbecue around. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food. The brisket was especially good — juicy, smoky, and full of flavor without being overly greasy. The sides were excellent too, and the portions were generous. The whole meal was just really well done. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was exactly what you want from a great local barbecue place. If you’re looking for great BBQ, brisket, smoked meats, and classic Texas barbecue, I highly recommend Red Wagon Barbecue. We will definitely be back!

The friendly staff welcomes you in with a smile and the incredible aroma of smoked meat. Michael was friendly and explained all the menu options to us. The food was incredible ! I had the brisket and turkey. Can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing place to eat. The food was fantastic, the servers were nice and we got our food quickly.
