Easy enough. Can check in about an hour early, first at the guard shack (need your license and your PO#). They will give you a slip with your load info on it. Take it to the shipping office. They will call you when they are done amd you can go get your bills. They were pretty quick 1.75 hrs to get loaded and out the gate.

4pm appointment, arrived at 4:20 and waited for 4hrs before getting a dock. Another 2hrs before getting loaded 😡

By appointment only. Quick unloading. Restricted truck parking. Only allowed 2 hours parking on-site. Guard walks around every 2 hours to see who is parked on the street and asked you to leave unless your appointment is within 2 hours. Overall a great place to pick up or deliver. Easy backing, plenty of room!!

I had on 20 pallets. It took 2 hours to unload 14 of them. Then over half an hour, after that, to finally come tell me they rejected 6 of them. I pulled out of the dock and found my trailer a mess. I spoke with shipping about speaking with a supervisor on why they were rejected. Trying to figure out what happened. I was curious, considering they were training a new fork truck guy. I am pretty sure the trainee was unloading me. The front bag supposedly had a rip in it and they didn't want to "risk it".. So they rejected it and the 5 Pallets behind it. Looks like someone rammed the pallets together. I sat all day while the shipper, receiver, and broker went back and forth..

For semi truck @ Easy checkout, check-in at the security gate ,appointment 20 minutes before they have early parking on the street. 8400 IMPERIAL DRIVE, WACO, TX 76712
