I had an outstanding stay at Residence Inn and wanted to highlight the exceptional level of service and comfort provided throughout my visit. From the moment I checked in, the staff demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for both relaxation and productivity. The fully equipped kitchen and well-organized workspace made it especially convenient for an extended stay. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail—from the quality of housekeeping to the well-maintained common areas and the consistently fresh and well-stocked breakfast options. Every interaction with the staff was courteous and efficient, making the entire experience seamless. Overall, Residence Inn exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, reliable, and professional hospitality experience. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was absolutely outstanding. What truly made our stay so much better were these amazing staff members who went above and beyond to make me, my husband, and my sister feel welcome and at home. The manager, Marcus—what a kind soul! He was very attentive, and made sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Maria, the cafeteria lady, is incredibly sweet, friendly, and hardworking—we truly adore her. The new receptionist (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) did a fantastic job and was very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk (I don’t remember his name) was very nice and offered great suggestions on places to visit. The janitorial staff was also friendly and one even took the time to help us in the laundry room. The food offered a variety of items and delicious. Outdoor sitting area was relaxing especially by the firepit. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. We look forward to seeing you all again soon! Newer RI location & cleanliness are great however, the internet ( wireless ) quality is terrible for a multi-day business stay. It goes offline frequently and intermittently. The digital key and mobile check-in system doesn’t work either, so I wasted time waiting to check in behind 3 other people ( 20 min delay ) to get my physical keys. It was very inconvenient to find a solution & ended up hardwired a cat5 cable in the lobby computer after being told no I can’t do that …. to fix the no internet issue. The property manager should have a telecommunications company come fix the problems instead of having the staff downplay this as if this is no problem with the internet . I’m not the only one who’s had this issue; another person also came to the front counter and had the same problems. Unfortunately I will have to find another hotel with reliable internet to stay at in the future.

Visited Waco from Arkansas, and this place was a 10/10. Very comfortable and rooms were super clean. Staff made you feel right at home!

Went for the XC meet. We had the king suite. Quiet. Receptionist was lovely. There wasn't any body wash in the bottle but that's ok since I bring my own. It had all the utensils and accoutrements one might need. Definitely staying there again.
