Ross Dress for Less

This morning, we were looking forward to shopping before returning to our hometown and decided to visit Ross Dress for Less. Given the store's location in a relatively small area, I anticipated a more satisfying experience. Unfortunately, it proved to be one of the worst shopping experiences, and the fact that the Waco community appears to tolerate such poor experiences and management made it even more disappointing. The store's overall condition was subpar, with a dirty and disorganized environment, and the dressing room was filled with unhappy employees, including who seemed to be the store manager.

Cheap, and good quantity and quality clothes and shoes for all ages. but WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE. HUGE LINES THAT TAKE 45 MINUTES STANDING IN LINE. Slow and attitudey employees. Clothes and shoes are thrown on floors instead of picked up and hung up.

This store sucks... I bought a cat feeding stand that had 2 bowls with it. I got it for my cats so they could not have issues with their necks as they get older.... The cashier never put it in my bag and I paid almost $20 for it. I cannot go back to this store to get it because I live too far to go back and get it. Cashier was so lazy she did not even take the hangers off the clothes, she told my daughter to do it instead. If I would of received my item I paid for I would of given a 4 star review.

Cori was so nice — she grabbed me out of the queue and got me taken care of quickly. Friendly, helpful, and made the visit easy. Great customer service!
