R&S Barbecue

This place here. Wow. I like to find places I have never been so today, I decided to Google bbq near me. I found myself deciding between 2 places and R&S won out. From the first interaction with the young lady taking the order I knew this was THAT place!! I said Google brought me here is it good? She said "what Google say?". I replied "it's good" she said "well there is your answer what you getting!" Hahaha! Thats my type of establishment!! I ordered 3 meats brisket, turkey and ribs w/ Mac and cheese and cabbage as my sides. The meat was very very very (add 599 more verys) good! Sides were great. I also ordered a banana pudding. This one was made from the soul and it was FANTASTIC whomever makes it puts they foot and their family's feet in it when making this dessert. I found myself eating it way too fast. I like the atmosphere with the music singing the praises of the Lord! Very clean and organized. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful meal we appreciate it!! Also, do not take in account people were not in photos, I took pics without them and when I got there many followed behind. I got there at the right moment!!

This is the most absolutely delicious BBQ I have had!! Brisket was smoked & lightly seasoned to perfection. Extremely tender. The chipped pork had the right amount of BBQ sauce. Hands down the best seasoning- balanced BBQ sauce I have ever experienced. Mac 'n cheese is the best. The owner & staff provide excellent customer service! Family owned restaurant.

The rub wasnt for me. It was really good barbecue. The ribs was nice and tender fell off the bone. Mac and cheese had small chunks of ham. The lady was patient with us and I love the gospel music in the restaurant. You dont hear much BBQ restaurants with good praising music.

I ordered a 3 meat plate brisket sandwich and turkey leg with peach cobbler. The sandwich and turkey leg were good but the three meat plate was horrible. The brisket was very salty and dry ( different from brisket used in the sandwich ) the turkey was dry also tasted like deli meat. Potato salad was basically mashed potatoes. Peach cobbler was more like a carrot cake with peaches on lol.

Wonderful little family joint tucked away in a strip mall! Don't let the looks from the parking lot deter you; you're in for a treat! 😍 The Brisket melts in your mouth and the Ribs are perfectly tender and tasty 😋 (dry rubbed)! Potato Salad is homemade; so are the cakes 🎂 Check ✔️ them out next time you have a hankering for great Brisket 👍
