We had an amazing time, just make sure you take water shoes for hot pavements. Buy tickets online for half price, Sam's also sells tickets online and are received immediately through email. Bring your ice chest with food and drinks, no glass or alcohol. Metal detector in place, a beautiful, fun place for all ages. Bring your sunblock cap or hat too! Be there 1 1/2 hours early, line gets long quickly.

They have two separate parks east and west. There is free shuttle service between the parks. We think the east side has warmer water and west is little colder. It is packed over the weekends. Plan accordingly. Bathrooms are the worst and always smelled bad. Bring your own toilet paper. You will not see any staff near bathrooms to help you with toilet papers. Both sides have very exciting attractions and love them all. Our fav is east side of you just want to sit and relax. You can bring your own food. West side is bigger than east side. West side has more free parking spots. If you are planning to visit San Antonio you should visit this park in New braunfels in summer .

I've traveled extensively, visited water parks all over the country, and generally try to focus on the positive. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was honestly the worst water park experience I've had in 50 years. Our group of four purchased Fast Passes, meal passes, and spent a significant amount of money expecting a premium experience. Instead, we encountered problem after problem throughout the day. Several Fast Passes were not activated properly, and when they did work, many rides still had wait times approaching an hour. Paying extra for a Fast Pass that doesn't actually save time is incredibly frustrating. The meal pass experience was just as disappointing. We waited roughly an hour for food, only to receive cold meals. To make matters worse, many food shelves were empty. Spending over $50 on food, per person and still dealing with long waits, no utensils, and poor quality is unacceptable. We also had shoes stolen during our visit, the park was severely overcrowded, and many employees seemed inattentive or uninterested in helping resolve issues. Some of our food and Fast Pass benefits had activation problems that required additional time and frustration to address. What surprised me most is that there are several other water parks and family attractions in the area that provide a far better experience. I've never felt compelled to warn people away from a destination before, but in this case, I would strongly encourage families to consider other options. I went in expecting a fun day with family and friends. Instead, we spent much of our day standing in lines, dealing with service issues, and feeling like we had wasted a substantial amount of money. This was, without question, the most disappointing water park experience I've ever had. I don't enjoy writing reviews like this, but people deserve to know what they're paying for before spending 1k on a family outing.

A huge waterpark, the biggest I’ve ever been on. I went during the summer and it wasn’t that much of a wait, granted we went a bit early but it’s better to buy tickets in advance as they’re cheaper than in person. The rides were very fun and the food was good but extremely expensive and the wait times are long but manageable for the most part.

We have visited frequently over many years. It is always a great time! Definitely recommend a fastlane pass if you can afford one. Cuts WAY down on the wait times for the rides!
