Silos at Magnolia

Absolutely an incredible experience and a must-visit! Chip and Joanna Gaines have created something truly special here—this is so much more than a shopping destination; it’s an entire experience that brings creativity, community, food, design, and fun all together in one beautifully curated space. Every detail feels intentional, welcoming, and uniquely Magnolia. The grounds are stunning, impeccably maintained, and there’s such an energetic yet relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The shopping was fantastic with so many thoughtfully selected items, beautiful home inspiration, and plenty to browse whether you’re decorating your home or just looking for something unique. The food truck area was amazing with great options for everyone, and the bakery absolutely lived up to the hype—delicious treats that were worth every bite. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend an entire day wandering, shopping, eating, relaxing, and just soaking it all in. Whether you’re a Magnolia fan or just looking for a fun day out, this place absolutely delivers. A beautifully executed destination that showcases vision, hospitality, and attention to detail at the highest level. Highly recommend!

Magnolia Market at the Silos is much more than a shopping destination—it’s an experience. From the moment you arrive, you can tell why it has become one of the most popular attractions in Texas. The entire property is beautifully designed, with plenty of open space, food options, shops, and areas for families to relax and enjoy the day. What we loved most was how family-friendly it felt. The large lawn gives kids room to run and play while adults can browse the shops, grab a coffee, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. Everything is incredibly well-maintained, and there are thoughtful details throughout the property that make it feel welcoming and unique. Whether you’re a fan of Chip and Joanna Gaines or just looking for something fun to do in Waco, the Silos are absolutely worth visiting. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend several hours exploring, eating, shopping, and making memories with family. A true Texas destination that lives up to the hype.

It was a dream to finally visit here after seeing it in pictures and TV for so long! It was actually a lot bigger than I expected, and there were even some shops that I didn’t even get to go inside. Tons of Magnolia specific merch if you are a big fan! The home store was beautiful inside and I know how much care and thought they put it into the seasonal decor. I love the big grassy areas to play and the shaded tables to escape the Texas heat. I feel like maybe I didn’t enjoy the full spectrum of the Silos just because it was so hot, but you can easily cool down from one of the many vendors around, whether it’s a shaved ice, or a sweet tea. Definitely an experience I won’t forget!

My husband had to travel to Dallas for work and I joined him on his trip specifically to visit the Silos. We got there early and found parking on the street around the corner from the entrance. We were greeted immediately and had a nice pleasant conversation with the young lady who greeted us. She kindly introduced us to the area, some things to look for and where and showed us the guest book which we signed. The silos themselves were much larger and more impressive in person. I was very happy to find informative plaques around sharing some of the history of the place. We visited in February and even though plant life is somewhat lacking at this time of year, it was still absolutely gorgeous! We took our time to look around and explore outside before venturing into the stores. We started with the market first and picked out a few items. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure to carefully wrap my breakables which arrived home safely. I have to say that seeing these items in person are way better than shopping online because you can see that the quality is there plus you can see the items styled in a space which helps give ideas for how to use them. Then we had lunch at the café which was amazing! (I posted a separate review on their Google maps page) And finally we checked out the other smaller shops which were mostly a repeat of items in the market with a few exceptions. I'm glad we visited at this time of year because the weather was perfect and I didn't mind spending as much time as we wanted outside enjoying this space. Even though I would love to see it when everything is in bloom, I wouldn't enjoy it quite as much in the intense Texas heat. If we lived closer, I would definitely come back again and again.

It's a very cute spot. Plenty of outdoor space to explore. With that being said, it was underwhelming. For me, it took no time to walk through. I was there maybe 30 minutes. If I was local I could see having a coffee and hanging out with a friend. But to visit, it's definitely a one and done place. But it was beautiful.
