So when you go in, you go straight to the counter to order your food. We've tried to get in there twice. And the line was long.Today was awesome. Not bad for friday afternoon at 6 p m. The salads were great lots of avocado. We ordered the butcher pizza, I did not realize when it came out. This thing would be absolutely huge. We are still eating all that pizza two days later. Make sure when you order it that you ask for it to be crispy or well done. Pizza. Tastes better when we took it home and put it in the oven and chrisp it up. That brings out the real flavor. I do notice that a lot of the servers are young people. The only thing is they seemed to not be enthusiastic about their position. Slow walking food to people's tables. With no sense of direction.

This place is incredible. The Texas pizza was so good. It looks like such an odd combination but trust me, you dont wanna miss trying it. Its the best pizza ive had in a long time. We had some really tasty toasted ravioli and garlic parm wings too. My guy said the Sriracha wings were good but surprisingly spicy, more spicy than all the hot sauces he tried there. The seating was the best part. We watched turtles swim in the river while we ate out delicious lunch. It was a beautiful view. We really had a great overall experience. Im sure we will be back again.

The restaurant is right on the river and you get great river views. If you go in the evening you can see the sun set from the outdoor seating. You order inside before you take your seat. Getting individual slices is definitely enough! Those slices are big! My wife got the grilled cheese and it was SUPER cheesy! If I'm being honest I would get the bone in wings instead of boneless. The boneless wings were a little underwhelming. They were kinda small and didn't have much meat on them. The bone in wings on the hand were *chefs kiss* crispy but not burned and meaty. They gave us the sauces on the side so you do have to sauce them yourself. We visited on a Tuesday in July and it was very calm and there was no wait. Overall great experience and would visit again if we're in the area again.

Absolutely love this place, one of the best in Waco. Good indoor seating, great outdoor seating, and some cool turtles hang out down by the water. I've seen some tables outside get a bit backed up with the clearing service, but overall great price per massive slice or whole pizza orders and it comes with friendly service. Bonus points for being kid friendly and dog friendly, as well as being able to boat or kayak right up to their dock.

It was a little confusing for my first visit. You order at the front and they give you a buzzer, then you go find your table. I was a very unsure if I was doing this correctly. 😆 If you want an alcoholic beverage you're going to need to stop at the bar before you get to your table, or have somebody at your table while the other gets the drinks. I went on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy so tables got taken fast. Once my dog and I were settled, it was very nice. They had live music and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I had the small Slow Rise salad which was loaded with dried cranberries and pecans over fresh spinach and topped with blue cheese crumbles. Comes with a sweet and tangy poppy seed dressing on the side. Make sure you have your dressing and utensils before they walk away otherwise you'll be flagging somebody down. The pizza was absolutely perfect! The crust is very much like a New York Pizza. I got the chicken pesto with balsamic glaze. I loved it so much I had a spinach and ricotta delivered before I left town. The spinach ricotta is my favorite hands down but they are both phenomenal. On top of great pizza you also get a great view of the Brazos river. There is even a small boardwalk off to the side. Will definitely be back here again.
