Replacing a hose bib and two clean out caps cost $333.28 when I was told about $160 per hour plus what ever parts they may need. I know there's mark up and other stuff but you be the judge? Also the work was not done that great neither, couldn't sweat a hose bib on so they drove somewhere taking about 30 min or more... so now my hose bib sticks further away from house. I guess you pay for there inadequate work. I'm sure NOT going to use them again. Update: The lady in the office was very nice and reasonable. She did take it from 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour, making it $253.28. Still high, but not way overpriced. I had to drive to get my original check and give them the new check. I added photos showing the hose bib sticks out more, and the cleanout didn’t get screwed down. With a little cleanup on the threads, it will be fine. I guess I have to fix that myself. I’m keeping this review as is because that was my experience, and I still will never use them again.

I am so pleased with the service I always get from Smelscer Plumbing! I have used them for small jobs and large ones too. They are always prompt, professional, friendly, and do a great job for a very fair price. My most recent problem involved an old corroded pipe in my wall. Mike and Josh knew exactly what to do. They explained it to me, and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were wonderful. I highly recommend Smelscer, and I won't use anyone else. They have my business always.

We had two different occasions to call on Smelscer Plumbing, Inc. to repair problems we were having. Those problems made us aware that we needed to have more extensive work done on our older home's plumbing. The guys came out and in two days had the hot and cold water lines and the sewer drain lines replaced under our house. They were always knowledgeable of their work and questions we asked. They were cordial and very committed to keeping their projects from tracking dirt and mud from the crawl space under the house to other parts of our home. We highly recommend Smelscer Plumbing, Inc. and will be calling on them again if we ever need plumbing help.

I was over seeing a job at1325melrose in Waco for my girlfriend and the crew that came out to do the tunneling where great. Hard working, very pleasant, professional and courteous. Plus Mike Stroud and his helper were awesome. Keep me informed of what he was doing and why.they were fast efficient and delightful to business with. I would highly recommend those 2 crews to anyone needing ya'lls services. Definitely 5 star plus

Mike and Josh tried several ways to get my washer drain to work. Pipe had to be replaced under slab. Two days later, they wouldn’t give up until everything was in working order. They were very professional and did what needed to be done. In another problem a different company made a mess and didn’t solve the problem. Mike and Josh are my plumbers always!!
