We absolutely loved this venue for our wedding reception! Val and Mike the owners were simply amazing! Val was so easy to work with and professional. The venue itself is beautiful inside and out! I would definitely recommend Social House for any special or celebration!

We got married at Social House on 11/11, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One of the biggest things we were looking for was a cost-effective venue for a small wedding, and Social House was perfect for that—while still having the ability to accommodate larger, more elaborate events just as beautifully. Val and Mike were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. You can tell how much care and thought they’ve put into every detail of this venue. Their style is absolutely impeccable. Social House has everything—an outdoor movie theater, pickleball court, pond with fish, outdoor bar and patio with a fireplace, patio swings, umbrella seating, an indoor bar and dance floor, indoor/outdoor stereo system, portable TVs, chairs, tables, a full kitchen… truly everything you could need. Every space is thoughtfully designed with exquisite taste. In Waco, it’s honestly hard to find a venue with a modern vibe. Most places we toured leaned very “rustic,” which just wasn’t our style. We wanted something modern, organic, and chic, and Social House delivered exactly that. That said—if rustic is your vibe, this venue could absolutely still work. The aesthetics are so timeless and well-executed that there’s so much flexibility to make the space your own. Beyond weddings, Social House would be the perfect place for any occasion—baby showers, birthday parties, family reunions, Christmas parties, corporate events… you name it. We’re so grateful we found this place and couldn’t recommend it more.

We recently hosted a full-day retreat at The Social House, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all catered in, and the space was perfectly set up with one side of the room dedicated to our meeting and the other side designated for meals. This layout worked wonderfully for our group. Even though it was hot outside, everyone enjoyed spending time in the outdoor spaces throughout the day. What really stood out was the excellent communication from The Social House team. We had a walkthrough a couple of months before the event and were provided with a detailed room layout drawing, which made planning easy and stress-free. There was also someone onsite for the entire retreat, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., ensuring that every need was met promptly. The level of support and attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend The Social House for your next event. Their team made the entire process seamless, and our group had a fantastic experience.
