I hate leaving negative reviews, but I also believe people should know what to expect.
I had an acrylic overlay done, and within 2 days the product was already chipping and lifting. I went back immediately, and they only repaired the one nail I pointed out instead of addressing the overall issue.
Now, less than two weeks later (9 days), multiple nails are lifting, cracking, and peeling. My natural nails have been growing for over six months, and I purposely keep them at a manageable length to prevent breakage. I’ve had overlays from other salons last 5–6 weeks with little to no lifting, so this is not normal wear and tear.
I called the salon yesterday around 11 a.m. and was told the owners were out, but my number would be passed along and I would receive a text. I never heard from anyone. Today I called back, and the owner claimed he had sent a text that “didn’t go through.” I was then told that because it had been 9 days, there was nothing they could do. When I asked if I should assume they stood behind the quality of this work, I felt rushed off the phone instead of my concerns being taken seriously.
The most disappointing part wasn’t just the poor quality of the nails—it was the lack of customer service and accountability. I now have to pay another salon to remove and redo a set that shouldn’t be failing after only nine days.
The attached photos speak for themselves.

DONT COME HERE!!!!! I had 4 nails brake within a week and to make matters worse, when I came back to fix them, they charged me $40 for a mistake THEY made. I got dip and the dip was way too thin. Plus within 30 MINUTES of them fixing my nails, I had one break. This is the current status of them and it’s been 4 days since I got them fixed… absolutely ridiculous.
Do not go here, save your money.

Recently went to get builder gel and a simple marble design. I had an appointment and went up to the front counter, where the lady seemed to be very curt and didn’t seem to want to talk. When I came back, her and the nail tech were speaking between themselves, and for the first 15 minutes didn’t pay me any mind and kept talking in their own language. I didn’t mind too much about the talking, but more so the lack of friendliness from both of them. The nail tech asked me if I wanted water halfway through, but other than that there was no hospitality or helpful directions of where to wash my hands, etc. For the marble design, they mentioned that it would be difficult to match my photo directly because it was in acrylic, however she let me try it on one nail and see how I liked it. It was nice, so I said I would like it on the rest, but the design got less and less like the original one she showed me as she went down my fingers, and by the time she got to the last time she seemed to be done with the whole thing and rushed to get it over with. We had been there for almost an hour and a half, so I could give her some leniency on being tired, however when I left the shop I compared my fingers and my ring and middle finger were different lengths. So she hadn’t measured them at all at the beginning, and now some of my fingers look stubby. But, that wasn’t all. Not to add insult to injury of the unfriendliness and the rushed service that felt like I was a bother to be there, I had signed in at the beginning and saw that I got a birthday 10% off! And how good for me, since my birthday was the next day! So I mentioned it to her at the checkout, and she seemed to not want to give it to me, so I explained that my birthday was tomorrow and so came to get my nails done that day because I was going out, but she explained that since I had just made the account, she couldn’t really transfer it. However, she tried to cover it by saying she could give me 5%, which I was grateful for but still not understanding the difference between 10 and 5…? Anyways, all this to say that hopefully if you choose to go here, they will be a little more energetic and a little less rushed(my appointment was at 5:30) but good luck! I will not be back regardless.

Wonderful experience! April and Coco always do such a beautiful job. They even went out of their way to make us coffee and go above and beyond with customer service. Usually it takes so long to get my nails done, but Coco always does it perfectly and timely.

This was the first time I've been to this place and I was very pleased! I got a pedicure and manicure with designs and it was amazing! The techs that did both did a great job and took their time to make sure i liked it. Everyone was very friendly. Atmosphere was good too. I really liked this place and this will be my new go to spot.
