4.1(31)Shipping Service

About Southeastern Freight Lines

Southeastern Freight Lines offers commercial and residential shipping services from its facility at 1298 Sun Valley Boulevard in Robinson, serving the greater Waco metropolitan area. Holding a notable 4.1-star rating from 31 Google reviews, the carrier assists clients with coordinating large-scale freight deliveries. Those shipping substantial goods can arrange specific delivery logistics, with the company demonstrating the capability to handle substantial residential drops and navigate neighborhood streets using smaller twenty-six-foot box trucks rather than standard eighteen-wheelers.

Customer experiences with the Robinson facility reflect a mix of perspectives regarding transit and freight handling. Satisfied patrons highlight helpful customer support representatives and obliging delivery drivers who answer questions and manage heavy items, including equipment weighing over two hundred pounds, with ease. Conversely, other reviewers have voiced serious frustrations regarding logistical performance, citing instances of delayed arrival schedules, poor pallet stability, broken freight, and damaged appliances upon delivery. This range of feedback offers valuable insight for local business owners and residents considering their options when arranging freight transportation in the Waco area.

Great customer service from my experience, both from customer support and the driver. I ordered a 200+ lb dance pad, asked many questions beforehand including for a 26-foot box truck instead of an 18-wheeler to deliver it to my house, and customer support was able to get it done no problem. The driver got to my house, couldn't carry the huge crate so he helped me break it open and carry everything inside, incredibly friendly too. I was very anxious about the delivery process, but this experience was better than I could've ever hoped!

Absolute worst shipping company. My brand new refrigerator came in on a completely frayed and broken pallet that they propped onto another semi decent pallet. Due to the original pallet being crumpled the refrigerator was resting on one corner, causing the entire mechanical housing to shear off and buckle. This now means I have a $2000 metal box. Absolutely no reason this should have happened. I have had 3 other full size refrigerators delivered by other common carries and never have I had this kind of issue.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give -100 stars if I could. I work for a small local business in Waco, TX that I unfortunately used southeastern freight company 3 different times with the same results, broken freight. not arriving on time. They also made my clients get in the back of their semi-trucks to help off load the damaged freight, gets even better since they don't travel to all area's that have to sublet their shipments to other carriers who don't take care of the freight and when you report they will give you every excuse why the claim process your claim after talking to a local SEF Rep I was told that the other shipping company is the freight company that would delivery in the area so they don't make waves to upset them. I don't know how them still on the roads they have cost me time, money and relationships with valuable customers. PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER THIS COMPANY pay the extra money for companies like R & L, ABF, FedEx ETC... EVEN SWIFT OR R & H ROBINSON WOULD BE BETTER THAN THESE FOOS

Horrible shipping company. Everything I’ve gotten from the companies I’ve worked for is always damaged. To the point where I just started refusing shipments from them sight unseen. I know it would be tore up. Got a delivery last week, a $3k component. Damaged. Avoid them at all costs if possible.

If I could give this company any less stars, I WOULD!!! I received a call that I had a delivery coming from them last week. My delivery window was 6 hours... ok, I can deal with that. 5 hours in andI had to call and check on my delivery only to be told that they were running a "skeleton crew" and wouldn't be making my delivery that day. THEY COULDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME THAT!!!!!!!! They tell me they will mark my delivery as a "PRIORITY" for Monday (Today) between 8-11am. I just got a call from them letting me know the delivery will be LATE! Are you effing serious?!?!
