Spud Wiser is the food truck to try if you are looking for some classic street eats. When I go, I always get the wing basket, which comes with fries, a slice of bread, hot sauce and ketchup. Sometimes I may order a small size of short ribs. They give you a great amount for a nice price, and the food is so amazing! Everything that's fried is very crispy and seasoned so good! Besides food, it may be a bit of wait to receive your food because it gets busy and there's only two people that run the truck. But the wait is never bad when the customer service and food is always good!

It looks amazing and it tastes great will most definitely get the one meat baked potato again. it also comes with cheese, bacon bits, chives, and sour cream.

Best baked potato I've ever had! Brian recommended the brisket, and it was great. My granddaughter and I shared this HUGE and tasty lunch. Highly recommend, and will definitely return!

Spud Wiser is the absolute best! I love the loaded baked potatoes I literally stop there everytime it’s open when I’m visiting Waco. When they say loaded potato that’s exactly what they mean you get meat in every bite. You definitely get your moneys worth

The best potato in town, full of meat, the barbecue is the real deal, customer service is great. I would recommend this place.
