Pretty good hotel, I didn't realize there were nonsmoking rooms until after assigned and I was too tired to ask to change it, but besides the room smelling a little smokey it seemed clean, air conditioner worked well, and bathroom was decent. The shower faucet didn't fully work so the water pressure was a little light, but I wasn't bothered by it. The sink faucet was a little weird too and it wasn't fully dispensing(?) water, it came out in this thin water stream.

I stayed here last night after my hotel haze zero vacancy. This was my first time staying in a Super 8. The receptionist Stormy was very professional and inviting. Her hospitality was AMAZING! THANK YOU STORMY! MAJOR KUDOS to this facility for honoring Veterans by having a parking space just for Vets. THANK YOU! I did not expect for my room to look that fantastic. But it did! It smelled like Lemons when I walked in, the ambiance was AMAZING, and it was clean. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was super quiet. I can honestly say that I misjudged this Hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the Amazing hospitality. Tasha

Our room was just what we needed, and reasonable for the price. Breakfast was sparse though and as we didn't get up early, we missed out. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Great location if you are wanting to stay close to Baylor. But definitely only a 1 night stay. The receptionist didn't say a single word to me when I walked in to check in. The room was decent the tv kept making noise when I had turned it off. The room would get cold fast, and there was a point where I was afraid I would rip the outlet out of the wall because of how loose it was. Then the next morning they offer breakfast 6-9 am, I went down between 8:15-8:30 and there was no breakfast at all to be spotted.

I checked in late after booking through Booking.com. The first thing that threw me off was there was no power in the room. I came down and the helpdesk was not helpful at all because the booking was through a 3rd party. I stayed in the room because it was past midnight. Next morning while in shower I saw roaches in the room(attached picture). I called Waco–McLennan County Public Health District and reported, unfortunately there is no city ordinance for cockroaches. I showed the picture and video to the front desk staff and they were unhelpful.
