Tender Loving Home Care

We hired tender loving home care to install an upscale carport at our home. Overall, we had a great experience working with Randall and tender loving home care. Randall bwas organized, on time, and polite. He shows great pride and craftsmanship and his work as well. As expected with any involved construction, there were issues that we faced along the way but were relatively small. The thing that made these issues painless, was that Randall was willing to listen and do what was necessary to make changes and accommodations for us as customers to be happy. Everything we discussed before and during construction as far as payment, cost changes, and idea changes were well received and fair outcomes. We would definitely use again for other projects and would refer to others.

When we bought our 1971 home, we knew we eventually wanted some remodeling done. A few years later, we began looking for a contractor and received quotes from several however were not sure. As the guest bathroom had been remodeled before we purchased the home, we liked the work done in it. So we began asking neighbors about the contractor. We found that Tender Loving Home Care had done the job. So we gave Randall a call. He came out and looked at what I wanted to accomplish. He was our choice! Our master bath remodel started in early 2020 with TLHC. Randall and Shannon gutted the bath, replaced drywall, flooring, vanity, and new enlarged marble shower as well as vent fans. Due to COVID restrictions, the project was halted at some point. However, Randall was quickly back out to finish the job as soon as restrictions were lifted on contractors in Waco. As we were not familiar with businesses for replacement of the vanity, marble, flooring, etc. Randall suggested a couple businesses in each category he had worked well with and gave us the option to go and check them out and see what they had. We made our choices from his suggestions and were very pleased he had dealings with great suppliers. Randall even helped with ideas we were not certain how to accomplish and I loved his suggestions and incorporated one in the project. The entire project was done professionally, efficiently, and with all courtesy. I had no issues with either Randall nor Shannon. I would recommend them!

Randall and Shannon had already remodeled both bathroom in our home and we were very pleased with their personality, work habits, honesty and work performed so it only made sense to ask them to undertake a major 3-room remodel. Our older home of the 70's had separate rooms for formal living, formal dining, and kitchen. The kitchen had no pantry and cabinets were not in very good shape. In order to modernize and make the rooms more useful, we ask TLHC to undertake gutting the 3 rooms making one open space yet give each room their own distinction. They removed 2 walls, made archway openings, replace flooring, and installed a new complete kitchen. There were some things we hadn't figured out and Randall listen to our wants and gave us several options for all our issues. He even did a last minute minor change to the kitchen pensiula because my cabinet company couldn't get my cabinets right. Randall was very kind when cabinets came in 3 times incorrectly and I had to reorder taking another 6 weeks each time before he could work. Shannon did an excellent job on the tile backsplash.
