(Waco Texas Workforce) Michelle and Melissa's customer service skills were excellent. As soon as Michelle found out what my questions were, she transferred me to the Vocational Rehab counselor (Melissa). Melissa was very professional, enthusiastic, and provided great resources.

I can never get ahold of anyone. I've been calling for weeks now to speak to someone about my stuff. I put all in information over the phone, only to get told by a robot that "all representatives are busy with other callers. Try your call again later". Very frustrating. If your trying to contact a real person you might as well just go to the building in person. Although, I have to wonder if they are ever even open.

Been trying for five months to resolve a fraudulent unemployment claim under my name, never filed for unemployment and I never received the supposed $7,500+ they charged me. A month ago, finally got a voicemail back saying they were working on it and they’d keep me posted. Two days ago, now, I got a letter in the mail claiming they paid me too much money, over an extra $1,000, now that I have to pay back on top of the initial fraudulent $7,000+. Had to file for a tax extension, since tomorrow’s tax day and I’m still getting screwed over. Life is good.

The local phone to this offfice is not provided, only the 800 number. I stopped by the location to take a typing test for an application, to which I was refused because I did not have an appointment and they will only perform typing tests at this location by employer request. Meanwhile, the computer lap was entirely empty. It’s strange that Killeen stated they do not need appointments and will perform them anytime during working hours but this location will not. Hopefully the other community resources are easily accessible for people at this location.
