The BLVD Steakhouse

Our waitress, Gina, was fantastic. Since we are staying at an Airbnb and wanted to avoid having leftovers, she kindly accommodated us by allowing our group to split the 16 oz Wagyu ribeye with a side of scallops and truffle fries. We also enjoyed the crispy pork belly appetizer and shared the turtle cheesecake for dessert. Everything was perfectly prepared and the portions were exactly right. The decor is beautiful, and your entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend The BLVD for both group celebrations and quiet nights out.

The young man who was our server for the evening was outstanding! (Dillon?). The decor is gorgeous, the pianist was phenomenal and our dinner and drinks were top notch! Kudddos to the bartender and chef!! And last but not least…… GET the CHEESECAKE and a Blueberry Lemon Drop!!

Had a really nice experience at The BLVD! There was a small mixup with the brunch times (we thought brunch ended at 3 but it was actually 2), but our server was very kind and patient with us. Overall, the food was very good (I had the Bacon Foster waffle). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and all of our portion sizes were more than enough…plenty of to-go plates were needed. If there was one thing to improve, it would be the charcuterie board. It gave me more H-E-B charcuterie board vibes than artisan. I will keep this place on my list to dine when I am in Waco again. It’s off the main and the menu is both unique and flavorful.

BLVD delivered a truly memorable dining experience. The food was outstanding—every dish bursting with flavor, clearly crafted with quality ingredients and culinary care. The seasoning was spot-on, and the textures were perfectly balanced. From appetizers to entrees, the plates arrived looking absolutely beautiful—garnished just right and presented with restaurant-level elegance that made us pause for pictures before diving in. The atmosphere was just as impressive. Inside, the space feels wide open and thoughtfully designed, with modern touches and a relaxed, upscale vibe. Outdoors, seating by the pools created a breezy, resort-like feel. It’s an ideal setting for slow sips and good conversation. However, be prepared for a slow pace when it comes to service. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the wait between seating, ordering, and receiving food was longer than expected. This isn’t the place for a quick bite—but if you’re looking to unwind, linger, and enjoy great company, BLVD fits the bill beautifully. Would definitely recommend for date nights, celebrations, or when you just want to treat yourself to great food and good vibes—with no rush.
