This is a stunning place for a wedding or event!! The property owner, Patricia, was so wonderful to work with! The decoration options she has available seem endless. We were extremely pleased with the venue and the pure beauty of the house and the property. Thank you for helping make the wedding that much more special!

The place is immaculate. Patricia is a dream to work with. I can't imagine having had a better place. Definitely plan on having more events here in the future

We went to a friend's wedding here. It was very beautiful, the only problem I saw was there was only one bathroom for men and women and they didn't have any other bathrooms listed or shown so that was definitely a put off but the venue was really nice. The property is very nice. The setting was very nice. Just need more bathrooms

Absolutely Unprofessional – Do NOT Book With This Woman! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We booked with this lady MONTHS in advance for our baby shower. She told us we had secured the very last day in October. We confirmed everything just a few days before the event. We gave her our names, went over the details, and she assured us it was all set. Well, fast forward to the day of our baby shower: we show up to the venue only to find another party already setting up. Confused, we approached her and showed her our receipt, and all she had to say was, “That looks right, but I don’t see your names booked.” Even when we spoke to her DAYS prior. Gave her our names. Confirmed everything. Her response? “Oh, I must’ve thought you belonged to the other party.” and when I said she double booked us she said with no care in the world “I guess that’s what I did” ….likes yes that’s exactly what u did no guessing about it! She had previously told us the earliest we could arrive was 12 PM, but the other party had already started setting up BEFORE then so how do u not know you’re talking to two separate parties? To make matters worse, our baby shower was scheduled to start at 2 PM, and theirs? 2:30 PM. Yet she gave them priority over us. Why? Simple MONEY. We saw the other party’s receipt and noticed she charged them $500, while she only charged us $200, which is her stated rate for baby showers. But apparently, if she can make more off someone else, she has no problem forgetting about your reservation. Absolutely shady and dishonest. When we confronted her and asked if we could at least share the space and have everyone get a refund, she said, “Well that’s easy for you to say.” Totally dismissive and unwilling to compromise—even though OUR party was scheduled first. She then had the nerve to offer us a “backup venue”—which turned out to be a PARKING LOT that was under construction. Yes, you read that right. A baby shower. In a construction zone. She told us she wouldn’t ask the other group to leave because they had “already started setting up.” But we were supposed to start first! That made no sense and showed exactly how little she cared. She was completely scatterbrained, disorganized, and honestly seemed like she didn’t care one bit about the mess she caused.Just a cold “that’s the best I can do.” This whole experience was incredibly stressful and upsetting. We had friends and family traveling to be there, only to end up scrambling last-minute because of her incompetence. Do not risk your special day with this woman. She’s unprofessional, unreliable, and only cares about how much money she can make. Save yourself the stress and find someone who knows how to run a business.
