Friendly and knowledgeable staff, full up front pricing. Very new, safe, and clean place to stay on a short term lease for an out of town project. I am not from the area and the staff was very welcoming and assuring. I would have no reservations about leasing a unit for one of my daughters here if they ever decided to go to Baylor.

We moved in three months ago. We have not had a single problem. Management is great, maintenance is great. Everything is great. I honestly haven't had a problem with the highway being loud or the train. I think the walls are very insulated and sound Proof. I live on the first floor and rarely ever hear my upstairs neighbors. I will say living on the first floor does come with bugs, but as soon as you address your concerns to management they send pest control out. The pool is always clean. I also see Maintenance walking around picking up trash very often. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I can tell the staff takes pride in this complex based off of how quickly they act on things as well as the up keep.
