Shelly and Toby were upfront with everything before I even came to the dealership in person. They told me my monthly payments and the required down payment before I got there and when we showed up there was no surprises. We took the Jeep for a test drive and it drove excellent. Highly recommend! I found myself stranded in Waco when my Cadillac quit on I35 (timing chain broke, totaling the engine). I needed an affordable car quickly for as little cash as possible. Toby’s Dad, Don, came down significantly on a Chevrolet Cruze. The test drive was great but on the ride home, I couldn’t get it to go over 59 mph. I called Don & he said to bring it in & he’d check it out. Don & Toby put in a new battery, thinking it an electrical problem. When the battery didn’t fix the issue, he asked if I’d be ok if they had the transmission looked at. They found the issue & it was an electrical problem but required a new part + labor at a cost of $1,500. Don & Toby footed the bill at 0 cost to me!!! My Cruze blows cold air, plays sweet music & runs like a CHAMP! They didn’t realize the problem prior to the sell, I bought it “As is” but they saved me money & now I’m proud to call Don a great friend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
