By far, one of my best experiences with a car dealership. The staff was amazing! I never felt pressured to buy a car. Billy Madison was awesome!! He answered every question I had, and he was upfront and honest with his opinions. Even after purchasing a vehicle, which was a surprisingly easy process, Billy texted later that evening just to check in and see how I was enjoying the car. The owner, Tracy, treated my girls and me like family. I can't express enough how much I appreciate everything they've done. They've set the bar extremely high when it comes to customer service. We bought a car from Tracy this week and it has been an all around experience. Prior to coming to Tracey, we had gone to roughly 8 other places. Each one was over priced. Shady. Or just not good. Tracey was very patient with us and pointed us to the cars we had in mind. If he doesnt have the car you want he will find it for you. He and his family has been true to their words and have great used cars. I would come here again. They treated us like their family. 10/10 recommend
