Finding an honest mechanic is hard. Finding one that specializes in BMWs, provides exceptional customer service, and treats you with respect is even harder. Trinity Auto Haus exceeded every expectation I had. They replaced the brakes on my BMW and never once tried to sell me services I didn't need. Instead, they walked me through what actually needed attention now and what preventative maintenance I should plan for down the road. That level of honesty and transparency is rare these days. What really set them apart was the customer service. They arranged Uber rides to and from the shop, kept me informed throughout the repair, AND gave me a coffee mug and gift card for coffee. They made the entire experience incredibly easy. Every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business that still believes in earning customers through honesty rather than upselling. Trinity Auto Haus has earned a customer for life, and I won't be taking my BMW anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is it.

I had a great experience at Trinity Auto Haus - Franklin Ave. I originally came in for a transmission fluid service and also had an issue with a sensor/check engine light. The team took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of rushing to replace parts. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were able to identify and fix the issue. The sensor problem was resolved, and after the transmission fluid service my vehicle feels smoother as well. Thank you to James, Danica, and the technicians for all your help and great customer service. Highly recommend!

My experience at Trinity has been the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. They staff was awesome from the 1st phone call with Colt to checking out with Danica. I would recommend everyone in the area to let Trinity Auto Haus be the 1st stop for all auto needs. They even shared a coffee mug and gift card for the coffee. Just all around GREAT SERVICE!

I recently brought my 2022 Audi A4 in for an oil change and had an excellent experience from start to finish. James took great care of me as soon as I walked in and provided outstanding customer service throughout the visit. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped with a TV, cold drinks, coffee, and snacks, which made the time pass easily. They also offer complimentary Uber rides if needed, so you can drop off your vehicle and head home or to work. Once your car is ready, they’ll send an Uber to bring you back. That level of convenience really stood out. I also had my windshield wipers replaced during my visit. The pricing was very fair. It was comparable to what I would have paid to purchase Bosch wipers myself and install them, so I appreciated being able to have everything handled there without any markup surprises. Overall, they were honest, transparent with pricing, and professional. I highly recommend this place. Five stars all the way.

Completely overpriced and incompetent mechanics. No sense of urgency, no communication unless you call them. Spent $3000 for a thermostat, radiator cap, and new fuel pump. Car smelled like gas for 3 days because the mechanic spilled gas removing old fuel pumps. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! $160 diagnostic fee is a complete rip off!
