If you’re only looking at the room itself, it’s a super nice room and the bathrooms were really nice too, and I enjoyed all of that. But I was really looking forward to breakfast, and it was honestly disgusting. The only thing I enjoyed was the chocolate milk, but besides that I was not a fan at all. Solid service, great rooms, and bad meals.

Check in went smoothly. Our hotel room seemed to have mold in it. Our room and the public areas haven't been properly cleaned in a long time. There was dirt all over. The hot breakfast was mostly cold as things were out of order. Those working the front desk typically sit there on their phones and help when necessary. Definitely won't be back.

Me and my sister found this hotel last minute and I have to say it did not disappoint. Not only was the staff so nice but rooms were excellent. The water got got when you need it in the shower the soap and lotion was amazing, and the beds were comfy, lastly the blackout curtains was the best. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Waco. If your a reward member they even put your name on the TV which is really cool.

Great Location & Amenities, but Housekeeping and Sleep Need Work • Business Ready: The room was well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Having a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board was extremely helpful for my uniforms. • Convenience: Excellent location with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. • Nice Perks: Fresh coffee and ice water were always available in the lobby. • Gym: The workout room is clean and modern (Note: dumbbells start at 25 lbs). The Drawbacks • Housekeeping: I was very disappointed with the cleaning service. Even after the room was "cleaned," the bathroom floor had not been mopped or swept (see photo). I shed hair while blow-drying, and it was all still there. The bed was also poorly made, looking very rushed. • Sleep Quality: As a side sleeper, the pillows were so thin that I actually bought my own at Walmart on my second night. The walls are also very thin (I could hear neighbors snoring) and the AC unit is quite loud.

I had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. Both the person who checked me in and the one who checked me out were polite and friendly. The room fit all of my needs for the stay. This place provided me with the best sleep that I ever had in years. Will I go back? It all depends on if I ever stay in Waco again. If I do, then this place will be on top of my list of places to go.
