I’m a sucker for global foods and new experiences. This adorable and upbeat spot is just what Waco needs (and more of them)! You stand in line and there are display cases along the line and you can decide what you want as you walk thru - an employee will assist you as you stand and once you get to end of line, you will cash out. My only complaints about the line ordering set up, I didn’t see any menus to look at either online and in-person. Additionally, being 5 ft, it is difficult to order with the display class and pastries between us. We got a smorgasbord of items and everything was so delicious. My favorite had to be the Pistachio Paris Brest or the butter croissant. Can’t wait to go back and try more :)

What an excellent establishment! Truly refreshing to find authentic food and coffee and the atmosphere that is made coffee shops a famous and integral part of western civilization. Real food with real ingredients!! 10/10 will stop here every time I go through Waco now.

Excellent French patisserie in Waco, the croissants / pastries, service and ambience are GREAT! The owner needs to put up a sign to request students to be courteous and vacate the tables after 1-2 hrs (not seat there for hrs) so that paying customers can seat and enjoy the excellent food and ambience …. most importantly support the owner to run a profitable and sustainable business. When we went there, we saw students taking up tables (in one case a table for 6 was blocked by one person, with laptop….books spread all over)… doing assignments, texting….and not even having any food or drinks. REQUEST: Kindly be considerate and respectful to the owners who are doing their best to run a unique and superb French patisserie at Waco. This is a gem in Waco and THANKS to the owners for taking the business decision to open the patisserie here!

Absolutely delicious! Everyone was friendly, and the facilities were clean. I'm not sure if they're pastries are made from scratch, but I can promise you their food is fresher and tastier than any other bakery in town!
