This place has really gone downhill in the past year. Lots of attitude and sloppy work. A couple of the female clerks give you stink-eye as if you are really putting them out. And they never have change even for small bills. Trying to get you to pay with a card instead--easier for them.

Highly professional, sweet staff! Helped me get my passport with no issues! Highly recommend! If you need a passport, don’t waste your time at the Hwy 6 location, they’re incredibly disrespectful- just come here first!

Not sure if this office delivers to Mcgregor or not, if so, then whichever lady (wears a white sun visor) who typically delivers the mail on the north side of McGregor consistently over-stuffs our mailbox, forces boxes that are too large to fit into our mailbox, often damaging them, AND leaves packages that she can't stuff into the mailbox ON TOP ON IT. These things typically happen when you're too lazy to get out of your vehicle to deliver packages to the front door, you know, like you're supposed to.

Attitude! White lady and the African American lady, white lady red head was on her cell phone I’m in line literally only me had me wait till she was done on her phone the African lady sitting, very unprofessional both! Don’t recommend even coming in nice to this place i did and the attitude they give is like they want to fight you smh… Higher management needs to look into these people they hire! don’t care how long they been there if your unhappy with your job quit! Also the way she speaks to the other Hispanic coworker is very unprofessional!! The environment in there is unwelcoming Don’t recommend!!!

Rude, just rude. A female red headed employee was done assisting me before we ever started & I was the only customer in the building. Came in to send a box (untaped). Asked this employee to tape the box closed. She told me I’d have to buy the $4 roll of tape, even though there was a tape roll on the counter. Told me I’d have to purchase an additional $2 label & I’d have to do this before even starting. As I was grabbing the tape & on phone discussing how differently things are going than past experiences… the red headed lady stated that they only tape and give labels if it’s sent priority mail. I placed items back on shelf, walked over and placed the box on counter, and asked if we could get started with priority mail for the box. She stood silently and then said, “after you tape the box up, we can get started. It’s on the wall for $4.” and hands me the $2 labels. Listen, say one thing do another?? I don’t have time for playing games, 1star was too many for this employee. Found a better post office down the road with professional & friendly employee assistance.
