Nice atmosphere, teller was professional and nice. Onlyly grief is the parking is stupid. Not enough spaces at a busy time.
The United States Postal Service facility located at 800 Wooded Acres Drive serves the mailing and shipping needs of the 76710 zip code area in Waco. Offering essential delivery amenities, this neighborhood post office provides a central stop for area residents dropping off parcels or sending out standard mail. Across 46 Google reviews, the location has earned a notable 3.8-star rating, reflecting a mix of everyday perspectives from local patrons who frequent the postal counter.
Inside, visitors frequently encounter a pleasant atmosphere, with several reviews praising the counter tellers for being professional, kind, and knowledgeable during their transactions. It is interesting that I happened to come to this Google review today. I wanted to leave a note about the two ladies that work there. They are always very kind and knowledgeable. I happened to see the review from some gentleman named Shiro. The funny thing is that I was two people behind him in line when he had his interaction with the clerk at the counter. He came in yelling about a package. The lady kept trying to ask for information to assist him. He kept yelling. The gentleman ahead of me even told him to calm down and give her the information she was requesting so that she could assist him and we could all move on with our lives. The Gentleman who left the review continued to be aggressive to the point it made me uncomfortable. The clerk informed him that he would need to go to the post office that delivered his mail on 19th St. From reading his review it seems he did go there and was assisted. The moral of the story is be kind. Don't be aggressive and make people uncomfortable. As some one who witnessed your behavior, I wish I could give you a star rating as a customer. It would be a negative one. Do better sir.

The employees here are essentially the same as using the automated phone system. Flatout refused to provide any customer service or information about a specific package delivery issue. I've never had the displeasure of dealing with people so completely unable to perform their job on a personal level. I've also never been told, by a customer service rep, to go away because they couldn't help me, until now. After calling 12 times and spending over an hour trying to get a human on their phone system, I drove down to speak with some in-person. When I arrived, I explained the situation and noted how I already had wasted time on the phone and then driving to a physical location, and hoped they could help clarify the delivery issue. Instead of attempting any respectful customer service, I was given a generic response, impersonal like the automated system, and told they could not help in any way and I would have to go to another location. They did not address the specifics of my inquiry, and could not provide me with any details as to where to go or who to talk to. They refused to tell me the location, phone number, or provide any resource for me to resolve the problem. This was a complete waste of time, during my only work break. The employees of this location should be ashamed and embarassed. Update: Lonnie at the 19th St. location was very welcoming and respectful, listened to what was going on and solved the problem in less than 3 minutes. This is what real customer service looks like.

Nicest employees ever!! I didn’t realize the letter I was dropping off needed more than one stamp, the teller offered to pay the extra 20 cents so I wouldn’t have to go back to my car. So very thoughtful, I really appreciate that! 😁

I had the best experience at this post office location! I have very bad anxiety and I had to mail off something for the first time and was super nervous about going to the post office. The two ladies working at the counter were so sweet and helpful. There was also thankfully no one else in line at the time! They helped me figure out what envelope I needed and walked me through each step and even let me write everything out at the counter since no one was there. They were kind the entire time and if I ever need to mail anything I will always go to this location!
