Had a fantastic experience at Waco Ale Company. The atmosphere was welcoming, the beer was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I started with the Hop Burst Orange, which was refreshing and full of flavor. My favorite, though, was the Pearly Gates. It reminded me of the hefeweizens I used to enjoy while training in Germany during my Army days stationed in Italy. Smooth, flavorful, and exactly the kind of beer I enjoy. A special thank you to Alitia and Jeff for making the visit even better. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Great beer gets people through the door, but great people are what make them come back.

this place needs more love! the selections of IPAs here are made in house and crafted to perfection. the brewer at Waco Ale is unmatched in their undeniable dedication to the art of brewing tasty beers. you can literally taste it! they also have friendly and funny bartenders, music, games, and events, and a chill atmosphere to post up at and have a couple of drinks with friends or by yourself, it’s a great environment to be in! they also offer really good food that pairs well with the beers! i would recommend this place to anybody! if available, ya gotta try the Cowboy Bee-Bop IPA! cheers

O.M.F.G!!! BEST DAMN BURGER AND TENDERS IN TOWN! hands down!! Classic burger with cheese was absolutely perfect. Juicy, and flavorful! And huge too! The tenders weren't dry and gross! Everything is bigger on Texas right? Well this place has their tenders pretty big! Amazing great flavors! And if stop here, give their pretzel and beer cheese sauce a try! 🤤🤤 I have nothing bad to say about this place, great service, great food, great atmosphere! I definitely recommend this place! They also have a good selection of beer on tap too!

Made a pit stop in Waco on our way to Arlington and we wanted to try a local brewery. This place does not disappoint! We had a flight of 4 beers and added the Saison. Our favorites were the Pearly gates and the HBO, but they were all great! We sat at the bar and had a great conversation about craft beer with Zack! We will definitely stop by again when we visit Waco!

Really chill environment, great beer and good fried food. I recommend the bear balls and the Double D Cali Bimbo. It's a Double Eest Coast IPA and it is delicious.
