Paid $246.78 on July 20, 2026 for a private Space Drifters room for 8 people on August 22, 2026 from 6:00–7:00 p.m. When I booked on their website, there was no notice that they would be closed or moving. The reservation went through and they charged my card. On August 22 we showed up and the building was locked. The only place that mentioned they were closed for a period of time was their phone recording... not the website I paid on. I have called and sent multiple emails. As of August 28 I still have no reply and no refund. I have played here before and enjoyed it. That does not change this: they took money for a date they were not open, hid the closure from the booking page, and then ignored customers asking for the money back. Until they refund the $246.78 and actually answer people, I cannot recommend booking here. If you do book, screenshot everything and be ready to dispute the charge with your bank.

We had reservations for the “Dinner for Two” room. The puzzles were challenging, and we still managed to escape. Great fun for a day date adventure.

This was our first time as a team. The grandkids had a much better idea of how to escape & it was so much more fun with Buffy & Braxton. Thanks for a fun time with family!!!

Fun experience for our group. About half the group had never been before, and we did not solve our puzzle, but it was fun! This was a work team building event and our boss booked us a hard room. Id say pick and medium to easy room for your first visit, because winning is the goal and its always more fun to win. There were 7 of us, and we maybe could have used more people to work on solving another puzzle simultaneously. Well designed. We did the space room. We did have a reservation and our group all pre-registered online.

We came here at night on a weekend. It was my first experience with an escape room, and I was definitely impressed. The staff was incredibly nice and the scenario we were put in was definitely a mystery of worth solving! The pictures come with it and I would definitely recommend to a friend. The only con is that I think they gave out hints easier than I would have preferred.
